Are the Spiko Money Market Funds eligible for fund segregation purposes?

Yes, the Spiko MMFs are qualified financial instruments for client fund segregation, as outlined in the French Monetary and Financial Code: Art. L522-17 for payment institutions, Art. L526-32 for electronic money institutions, Art. L533-10 for investment firms.

What are the requirements for distributing the Spiko products to my clients?

To directly distribute the Spiko products, which are UCITS, you must be authorized to provide reception and transmission of orders in accordance with MiFID regulations. In France, this requires holding the status of either an investment advisor (CIF) or an investment service provider (PSI).
